All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage or defect, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Once we review the information, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that normal wear, accidental damage after delivery, or misuse of the product is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
